Wayby Terms of Service

2. Service Description

Wayby is a schedule planning and route optimization application that helps users organize multi-stop itineraries and optimize travel routes.

Features may include:

• Creating schedules
• Adding places to schedules
• Optimizing travel routes
• Sharing schedules with others

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may be required to sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.

You agree that:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.
• You will not share your account with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service.

You must not:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt or damage the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Access the Service using automated tools, bots, or scraping methods
• Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions
• Attempt to access other users' data

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Subscriptions

Wayby may offer both free and premium subscription plans.

Subscriptions:

• Are billed monthly or annually
• Automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
• Are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account depending on your device

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and designs associated with Wayby are the property of Wayby or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Distribute
• Reverse engineer

any part of the Service without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Wayby relies on third-party services to operate certain features, including:

• Apple Sign-In
• Google Sign-In
• Google Places API
• Naver Local Search API
• RevenueCat (subscription management)
• Railway (server hosting)

These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.

Wayby is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• maintenance
• infrastructure issues
• third-party service disruptions

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted service
• error-free functionality
• accuracy of route optimization results, as optimization is based on straight-line or estimated distances and does not account for real-time traffic or road conditions

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wayby shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages
• incidental damages
• loss of data
• loss of profits

arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you:

• violate these Terms
• misuse the Service
• engage in fraudulent or abusive activity

You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are made, the updated version will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
